1. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil pulling reduces teeth plaque and cavities as well as gingivitis. Coconut oil also neutralizes bad breath and whiten teeth naturally.
How To: Take a tablespoon of coconut oil and swish it around your mouth for 10 minutes. Then spit out the oil and brush your teeth as normal.
How Often: Every morning.
2. Banana Peel
Banana peel contains high levels of potassium and magnesium which are essential in removing stains from your teeth.
How To: Take a piece of the inside of the banana peel and gently rub around on your teeth for about two minutes, then brush as usual.
How Often: Once a week.
3. Baking Soda
Baking soda reduces the acidity on teeth making it appear more visibly white.
How To: Simply mix some baking soda with water to make a paste, and use it as a regular toothpaste.
How Often: No more than once a week.
