
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 350 milliliters water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Preparation:
Put the chia seeds in water and let them stay for 1 hour. Then drain them and mix them with the other three ingredients. Put them in a blender and give them a whirl. You can add extra freshly squeezed for a stronger taste.
